The District of Baulo disposes of a small protected natural area, where a lot of wildlife can be observed, such as for instance turtles, red pheasants, hares, rabbits, weasels, hedgehogs , dormice and Algerian hedgehogs.
In this area there are some important archaeological excavations, most of them dating from the pre-Roman era. The most famous are the Real Necropolis or the Cementerio de los Fenicios.
Can Picafort is a coastal town in Majorca, which belongs to the municipality of Santa Margarita. It is located in the bay of Alcudia about 10 miles from Santa Margarita, in the north-east of the town of Palma de Mallorca, on the north coast of the island
